At COEM, placement is a primary objective for all long term courses. All students of COEM, whether part time or full time students, get placement assistance from the college and are entitled to be a part of the COEM Placement Cell.

This cell is headed by the Placement Director.

Placement Season runs in the months of March to June. The trend in the industry is for companies to hire those students who have interned with the respective companies; thus closely linking the internship and the placement processes. Internships take place for all full time students, for a period ranging from 10 - 12 weeks.

COEM also runs an exclusive program for budding entrepreneurs called "The COEM Business Consortium"; which is dedicated to assisting students in opening up their own companies.
